Pre-orders

Pre-orders are for items that are not currently in stock, but expected to arrive in the next few months. This section only refers to pre-order items, and these items on our site will specifically have a pre-order button instead of a purchase button. All pre-orders for products will be required to pay in full. Please expect to have the your card charged within 24 hours of placing your pre-order for the product.

An expected arrival date for pre-order items will be given, but keep in mind that these are not guaranteed arrival dates. Most pre-order items should arrive within 3-5 months, but due to circumstances out of our control like quality control issues and freight delays, we cannot be held liable or guarantee every item will arrive to us on a particular date. Your item will be shipped as soon as it reaches our warehouse. By placing your pre-order, you acknowledge all of the policies on this page.

Sets/Cases are NON-RETURNABLE if they are shipped in factory sealed boxes.

Descriptions and images should be used as reference only. Set/cases may come with irregularities due to last minute changes by manufacturers and their factories.

ORDERING ADDITIONAL ITEMS

Additional in-stock items ordered at the same time as pre-order items will be stored and delivered when the pre-order items arrive. If you do need them sooner, please order separately.

BUYER PREORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-orders can be canceled by the buyer at anytime. If you decide to cancel your pre-order for the item(s) within a week of payment, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. If cancellations happen after one week payment has been received, you will be charged a 45% cancellation fee. These fees will not be waived in any circumstances.

SCALE JUNKIES PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Scale Junkies may at any time, and for any reason, cancel pre-orders. This may be due to a variety of reasons such as parts shortages or manufacturing delays, which we are not to be held responsible for. We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order at any time. If your order is canceled, you will receive a cancellation email from us, and a full refund promptly thereafter. If pre-orders for the original item that was canceled becomes available again, buyers of canceled items have the first rights to pre-order the item.
